Who is Respondesign?
Respondesign, founded in 2003, creates digital experiences that make maintaining health and fitness fun. Since launching the first digital trainer in 2004, the company integrated the natural interface of 3D motion tracking to create, MayaFit™ the new standard in digital fitness coaching. Respondesign began offering MayaFit™ to commercial customers in 2010 and will be delivering its new consumer solution through key technology partnerships beginning 2011.

Ted Spooner
Ted has always been ahead of the curve and has founded multiple companies, all dedicated to new and innovative technologies. As the founder of Corillian Corporation Ted developed one of the first home banking and bill payment systems which today is used by more consumers than any other. As co-founder of Respondesign Ted led the team that created the first fitness game and today drives the company's vision for the future.

Jason Leighton
A game industry veteran of over 15 years, Jason has been at the forefront of emerging technologies right from the beginning of his career. The first game series he worked on, "Descent", went on to become one of the bestselling and most iconic games of a generation. Jason has worked for THQ, Atari, and Interplay, in both management and senior developer roles. He has been Respondesign's Chief Technology Officer since 2003 where he directed the efforts that led to "Yourself Fitness" and later led to the multi-million selling Ubisoft title "My Fitness Coach".

Jeff Foster
Jeff Foster began his technology marketing career MFS Datanet in 1992 marketing Internet inter-exchange and broadband application development over fiber optics. At US West Jeff managed product development of our first consumer broadband application services. At Enron Communications, Jeff was VP of Marketing and product development. Before joining respond, Jeff most recently worked at Portland brand design firm, Sandstrom Partners. Jeff directed brand development in industries including information technology, footwear, fashion and fitness.

John Grispon
John has a demonstrated capacity to lead organizations ranging from a first-year start-up to a global software giant. Previously he founded Brain Thaw, a marketing consultancy for start-ups, ran the business development division of Corillian, Inc., the online banking pioneer now part of Fiserv, and spent nearly 12 years at Microsoft Corporation with his last post as Worldwide Banking Industry Director.
